How far out are you scheduling?
We work May through October, and we can usually get you scheduled within 2 weeks.
How do I prepare for my windows to be cleaned?
It would be helpful to move items away from your windows; especially knick-knacks. While this is not required, it is greatly appreciated as it saves time and protects your valuables. Additional charges may apply if excessive furniture moving or knick-knack removal is required
Do I need to be at home while you clean my windows?
While we enjoy it when our clients are at home; it's not necessary. Arrangements should be made before your window cleaning to ensure we have access to the inside of your home, and for payment.
What makes windows look so dirty after it rains?
Windows often appear dirty after rain, but the truth is, the grime was already present. When you clean your windows, you remove that buildup, enabling rainwater to evaporate more easily from the glass. Keeping your windows spotless not only enhances your view but also helps maintain clarity during rainy days. Regular cleaning is essential for optimal window performance.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?
The simple answer is to clean your windows whenever they appear dirty, but it's best to do so at least twice a year. Even if they look clean from the outside, there may still be residue from cooking or smoke on the inside, and dust, dirt, insects, or pollen on the outside might not be immediately noticeable. We provide plans that allow you to get on our regular schedule, so you won't have to worry about when to schedule your next cleaning.
